Breakfast is a little regular

The room. Although it was on the first floor, it was fine in terms of cleanliness, layout, furniture and room service. We were offered a bottle of champagne on the first day and we liked the detail very much.

Maybe the staff could be a little more attentive. They looked very serious.

The room I had was a little small, with a closet where nothing fit and where there was no place to put the bags, we had them every day on the floor.

Best aspects of my xmas experience at this hotel were the convenient location and the helpful reception staff. The hotel was situated in a prime location, making it easy to explore the city and visit all the tourist attractions. The reception staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me with any queries or requests I had. the breakfast provided was good and the room was kept clean throughout my stay.

Worst aspects of my xmas experience at this hotel were the small rooms and the lack of amenities. The rooms were smaller than expected, a bit cramped and uncomfortable.

The room was a little small. And old.

This place is perfect for a wonderful stay. First, it is located in an ancient area that is close to train stations and many main attractions. Secondly, the service was great with friendly staff who really went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Thirdly, the facilities were fantastic, with room service, car hire, and a variety of other amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable.

This venue is highly recommended to anyone looking for an amazing hotel experience.

breakfast was simple, sufficient and delicious (continental breakfast). there were also typical italian pastries and fresh fruit! room was clean and tidy. bed was not our case from the mattress. that's okay, pillows were very small. on demand we got other pillows immediately. service was very helpful and courteous. in itself the double room should have been a little more spacious. for a weekend trip completely sufficient, location is great. everything within walking distance and/or metro in the proximity, supermarket. post office, restaurants everything in the vicinity, we were very satisfied with our choice.

The New Year's Eve dinner in the hotel restaurant was really good, with delicious food and attentive service. the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel is ideal, within walking distance of the center and with easy access to the Vatican and Trastevere. The hotel courtyard provided a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine from their excellent wine list. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.
